Neuronest 5 Day Journey
Regulate your calm. Reconnect with yourself. Reclaim your joy

The Neuronest 5-Day Journey (1:1) is a focused, personalised experience for carers who need space to reset and feel steadier again.

Across five intentional days together, we gently move through a structured pathway — regulating your nervous system, reconnecting with your strengths and values, reframing unhelpful patterns, and strengthening how you relate to yourself and others.

Other participants have found the course profoundly empowering and have expressed relief and renewed clarity.

"I am finding the life I'd like to build...starting with awareness of my feelings and needs. I'm more connected now to the impact I want to make in the world"               Course participant

We will meet for 45 minutes Monday to Friday, preferably around the same time every day, however it can be flexible.

Why is this free?

Because I want you to feel the work before you decide whether to go further. So many carers have invested time, energy, and money into supports that didn’t quite meet them where they were. This way, you can experience the depth, safety, and practicality of the process firsthand.

It allows me to demonstrate the value of my guidance while building trust and connection together. If it feels supportive and aligned, there are opportunities to continue into more in-depth paid programs.

And if not, you will still leave with tools and insights you can use immediately.

I understand — because I’ve been there too.

Hi, I’m Samantha Wittenberg, a life coach, speaker, storyteller, nature lover and mum to a young autistic woman.

My journey began with a dramatic turning point when my teenage child became suddenly aggressive and frighteningly possessive of me.

Bewildered and heartbroken, I embarked on a profound quest to understand Autism and my child’s unique needs.

I know what it’s like to live in a constant state of alertness, trying to manage your child’s emotions while stuffing down your own.

I remember the loneliness, the guilt, and the exhaustion that came from caring without enough care for me.

I’ve learned that caregiving is a marathon, not a sprint — and that mindset and a willingness to look beyond the obvious difficulties to a deeper purpose, are essential to the journey.

That’s why I founded Neuronest Carer Support— to help you find your centre again, without guilt, overwhelm, or another item on your to-do list.

Why this matters now

Without support, even the strongest, most devoted carer burns out.

Chronic stress doesn’t just drain your energy — it impacts your health, your relationships, and your ability to connect meaningfully with the person you care for. Over time, resentment, fatigue, and self-doubt take over.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. You can restore balance, feel grounded, and show up from a place of peace — not pressure. When you’re calm, your loved one feels safer too. That’s the power of co-regulation.

  • Move from constant overwhelm to feeling calmer, more present, and better able to cope day to day

  • Feel more emotionally steady and less reactive during challenging moments

  • Understand yourself and your child more clearly, reducing guilt, frustration, and self-blame

  • Experience greater ease and cooperation in your key relationships

  • Reconnect with who you are beyond the caring role, strengthening your sense of self

  • Feel more hopeful, confident, and resourced to face what lies ahead

  • Use practical regulation tools to restore balance when stress rises
