Honour and celebrate your journey as a caregiver.
Live your best life!
Work with me as a Certified Results Coach
I am dedicated to empowering you as a parent or carer of special needs children to overcome your challenges, break free from self-limiting beliefs and become your authentic and abundant self.

My journey began with a dramatic turning point when my only child, as a teenager, became aggressively possessive of me. Bewildered and heartbroken, I embarked on a quest to understand Autism and my child’s unique needs.

This transformative journey inspired me to become a coach, offering guidance and hope to parents and carers often caught in the relentless cycle of crises, feeling isolated, misunderstood, and desperate.

Drawing on a powerful blend of somatic practices, empathy, and mindset coaching in my signature 8 week program called the River of Life, I would love to help you to connect with your authentic self, fostering a life of resilience, joy, and abundance.

With a diverse background that includes practicing law in South Africa, founding a successful mediation and communication training business, and teaching yoga as a young mother, I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my mission.

Empathy is a skill that anyone can learn to improve their wellbeing, mental health and connection to community
-
From Criticism to Curiosity & Compassion:
Communicating with people whose brains are different requires us to replace judgment with curiosity. Being curious is the key to unlock the value in the judgment. -
Creating Emotional Safety: Practical tips to make places and spaces safer and more inclusive and why this matters.
Autism
Many of us have that one person in our work or family life we perceive as “difficult”.
We might feel frustrated, confused or even alarmed when we're with them or even when we think about them.
This can take a toll on mental health and well-being.

Sometimes Autism is a factor in these relationships.

I support you to bridge the communication gap, offering tools to understand and manage what is perceived as “difficult” behavior with deeper understanding and practical empathy.

As a mother to an Autistic daughter, I am passionate about enhancing communication and fostering stronger, more inclusive relationships.
Autism changes the way that one sees, experiences and understands the world.

In 2022, there were 290,900 (1.1%) Autistic Australians and 85% of Australians have a personal connection with an Autistic person.

Through guiding non-autistic people to use empathy, active listening, and other communication skills, my goal is to diminish the feelings of isolation experienced by autistic individuals and ensure that their unique talents are recognized and valued.

Making some small adjustments to be more welcoming to Autistic and other neurodivergent people is a simple and easy way to become more inclusive and open to new audiences, colleagues and customers.
